This isn't your ordinary shop. Here's a little more information about why we're different.

Hey, I'm Austin

I'm the founder of Gear43 and to this day, I am one of the writers and reviewers among our team of trained staff.

A few years ago, I had a crazy idea: What if there was a way to shop products that were personally tested and reviewed by people like you and me, so shoppers could feel confident in their purchase?

That's how Gear43 was born.

We're a little different than the rest... AI? We don't do that here. Fake reviews? I don't think so.

When you shop here, I want you to feel confident in what you're buying, which is why we only sell products we can stand behind.

Our Process

  • We find products

    We scour the Internet to find the best brands with cool, unique products that solve a real need. Only if they meet our initial criteria do we request a product to review.

  • We use them

    We don't just put these products in a drawer and forget about them. Our reviewers integrate them into their day-to-day lives to review and test every minute detail.

  • We tell you what we think

    After our extensive product review & testing period, we create thorough, unbiased content to tell you the good and the bad, so you can make an informed decision. Only if we think this product is something you'll LOVE, do we add it to our shop.
